If we suspect fraud or a security threat on your account, we’ll contact you by phone or send a text asking you to call us. We'll follow our security processes to check we're speaking with you.
We never ask for account or security information by email. Don't reply to any emails or other messages asking for this information.
You need to tell us if someone:
- knows or has asked you for your account information
- has managed your account without your approval
- has made you move their money into your account.
