SignVideo interpreting service

SignVideo provides deaf customers who use British Sign Language (BSL) access to an online interpreter, making it easier to communicate with us.

You can simply sign to an interpreter, who then speaks to an MBNA adviser and relays information back. SignVideo is free to use and is available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

Technical stuff you’ll need:

  • A computer or mobile device with a webcam/camera.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer V7, 8, 9 or Safari.
  • Internet bandwidth of at least 256 kbp/s upload and download (384 kbp/s recommended).

The first time you use the service you’ll need to download a live plug-in to ensure video quality and security. Just follow the instructions on-screen.
