SignVideo interpreting service

SignVideo provides deaf customers who use British Sign Language (BSL) access to an online interpreter, making it easier to communicate with us.

How does it work?

You can simply sign to an interpreter, who then speaks to an MBNA adviser and relays information back. SignVideo is free to use and is available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

  • Deaf customers who use British Sign Language can easily contact MBNA Customer Services through a BLS video interpreting service, SignVideo Live.

You can make a video call using your PC/Mac computer or laptop, or Android / iOS smartphone or tablet.

It is very easy – when you have downloaded and installed the software, click on ‘SignVideo Live’ on our website.

You will be connected to a professional, fully qualified BSL interpreter within minutes.

The interpreter will then replay your call to Customer Services.

The service is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays 8am to 1pm and is free for you to use.

Setting up SignVideo on your device is simple and straightforward.

There is a video in BSL where the setup process is explained. If you need any help, SignVideo’s IT team will be happy to be of assistance at
