Request a credit limit increase

You can request a credit limit increase online. You’ll get an instant response and if approved your new limit will be available immediately.

  • Log in and choose ‘Increase credit limit’ from the ‘Menu’.
  • Service available subject to account status.

Make a transfer

It’s easy to use your credit card account to transfer funds. You can make a balance transfer from another credit card or make a money transfer directly into your current account.2

  • Log in and choose ‘Make a Transfer’.
  • Select balance or money transfer.
  • Service available subject to account status.

Check your rates

You can keep track of your interest rates online, so you know about promotional rates you can take advantage of and when they expire. Especially handy if you’re planning a purchase1, or want to make a transfer.2

  • Log in and choose ‘View Rates’ from the ‘Manage Account’ page.

Replace your card

If your card's been damaged or destroyed, you can request a replacement online. Here’s how:

  • Log in and choose ‘Replace Card’ from the ‘Menu’.
  • Service available subject to account status.

Get a PIN reminder

You can request a PIN reminder online – you’ll receive it through the post in a few days.

  • Log in and choose ‘View PIN’ from the ‘Menu’.

View 12 months’ statement history

You can view, save and print up to 12 months of statements. You can also download statement data to import into a range of financial management software packages.

All new MBNA credit cards are equipped with contactless technology – if your card has the contactless symbol on it, then you’re all set to make transactions costing £30 or less without entering your PIN.

1 If you make card purchases, you will pay interest on these transactions, unless you pay your statement balance in full, every month or if you have a retail promotional interest rate of 0% on your account.
