These things update automatically, right?

We’ve made some essential updates which means, on this occasion, you’ll need to download a brand new MBNA Card Services app from Google Play for your Android device.

All the same services will be available, but this version means we’ll be able to deliver new app features in future. We hope, long term, it’ll be worth this little inconvenience.

Before you go ahead

Make sure you know your username, password and memorable information – you can find your username within the current app by tapping ‘more’.

While you’re logged in, also make sure that your contact details are correct. We might need to contact you when you’re setting up the new app.
