Unless your claim is urgent, you need to tell us about it online – no matter how big or complex it is.
If your home suddenly becomes unfit to live in, due to a fire or flood for example and you need help such as alternative accommodation - you should call 0345 266 6679 to make an urgent claim 24 hours a day.

If you need support, our virtual assistant is available 24 hours a day. If it can’t help you, our UK customer service team can chat online - 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.

If you have Home Emergency cover, you’ll need to claim within 48 hours of discovering the emergency or your claim will be declined.
When claiming online, you’ll be taken to a website hosted by Allianz Assistance. This will have a new privacy policy and cookie policy.
