How to request your information
Most of the time, you can find what you need without writing to us to ask for it. You can easily view most of the information we hold about you through Online Services or the MBNA Mobile App.
In some situations you may need to contact us to get the information you need. For example, you may want to get copies of your credit card statements or data relating to an application.

Not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you want to know something specific or have been unable to find the answer to your question, you may need to make a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) instead.

A Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) is a way for our customers to gain access to all of the information we hold about them. This information may also be referred to as data.
When you make a DSAR we will share this data with you. You can also ask us how we use this data, who it is shared with, and where it came from.
