Requesting a transfer

It's easy to request a balance or money transfer online - just log in or register for Online Card Services to get started, or use the MBNA Card Services App if you’ve downloaded it. You can also give us a call if you’d prefer.1

Information you’ll need

For balance transfers you’ll need to know how much you want to transfer, and the details of the credit or store card you want to transfer from. For money transfers, you’ll need to tell us the transfer amount and your UK bank or building society account details.
