Marketing communications

We send marketing information to let people know about offers and promotions and occasionally about new products and services. If you want to stop receiving these communications, let us know so we can stop them.


If you’d rather we stopped sending you marketing information, simply fill in our secure online form to unsubscribe. You’ll need to select the following things in the Your enquiry section:

Nature of your comment – Enquiry
Product – Credit card
Category – Marketing

There’s a space for you to let us know what kind of marketing communications you’d like us to stop sending.

If you’re an existing cardholder, you can unsubscribe from marketing communications. However, we still have a duty to send you important information about your account, so communications from us won’t stop completely.

A few examples: you’ll still receive messages about your account servicing options, changes to your interest rates (standard or promotional) and survey invitations.

Because we plan some marketing campaigns in advance, it can take up to 8 weeks to fully remove you from our mailing lists. As such, you may receive some marketing during this period after you’ve opted out.
