Mobile app guide

  1. Scan the QR code (desktop only) or select Download app (mobile) to install the app.
  2. Once opened, select Log in if you already use Online Services. If not, select Register and follow our registration guide. 
  3. Enter your User ID and password. Use the same details you do for Online Services.
  4. Next, enter 3 characters of your memorable information as indicated.
  5. Now we'll do a quick security check to confirm it's you. Select a number for us to call you on. 
  6. You'll get a 4-digit code on your screen. We'll call you and ask you to say or key the code that comes up on your phone.
  7. All done, you're up and running.
