MBNA is celebrating success in the 2015 Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) British Credit Awards.
The Chester-based financial services company won the title of Consumer Collections Team of the Year, recognising the work from a dedicated team who look after vulnerable customers. MBNA was also shortlisted for the Best Use of Credit Technology, Credit Professional of the Year, and Newcomer of the Year.
The CICM British Credit Awards recognise high standards in the credit and collections industry, covering all the different aspects of credit from consumer and commercial lending to credit insurance, risk management and credit technology.
