Leading credit card provider MBNA is backing debt management charity StepChange’s Debt Awareness Week initiative from 14-31 January.
Each year StepChange invites its 900 partner companies in the financial sector to participate in Debt Awareness Week and for 2016 the event is running throughout January. MBNA is promoting the availability of StepChange’s new 7 Days, 7 Ways programme – a series of emails advising on simple measures that can be taken in the New Year to address personal finance challenges.
The scheme is free of charge and has been prepared by StepChange’s expert advisors in collaboration with the Mental Health Foundation.
Said Alan North, MBNA’s Director of Credit: “We are proud to be an enthusiastic and longstanding supporter of StepChange. The charity does great work with individuals who are getting a handle on their finances and offers invaluable support in helping to get them back on track.”
