There is a problem with my card, how do I replace it?

If your credit card is damaged or not working you can replace it through Online Card Services or our Card Services app. All you need to get started is:

  • a UK address
  • to be registered for Online Card Services
  • access to the internet

Simply fill out our short form and you'll receive your new card within 5 working days.

I've got a replacement credit card, what do I need to do?

You don’t need to activate replacement cards - if there’s no sticker on the front, there’s nothing you need to do. However, any credit card details you've added to a mobile device, and regular payments and subscriptions, need to be updated with the new card number.

How to get a PIN reminder

If you think your current PIN has been compromised you should request a new PIN straight away. This can be done through Online or Mobile Card Services.

However, if you need a PIN reminder, there’s no need to wait for a new PIN in the post. You can view your PIN instantly and securely in our app.
