Change of Bank Details

If you already have a direct debit established for your loan account, use this form to change bank details. If your new direct debit account is not in the name of the loan account holder or you need to set up a direct debit for the first time, contact us on 0800 551 441.

Statement Request

A statement shows the payments made to the loan account from the start date to the last payment made.

This does not show your current balance, interest or amount to be paid to clear the loan in full.

Change Regular Payment Date

Use this form to change the date your loan payment is due each month. Your can do this once during the term of your loan after you've made your first payment. If your new selection will result a period of more than 45 days between payments, we will contact you to discuss arrangements.

Request a Tax Certificate

A tax certificate shows a statement of interest on your load account during a selected period. This does not show the amount to be paid to clear the loan in full.

Request an Account Closure Letter

An account closure letter is automatically sent within 14 days after you settle your loan account. If your loan is paid in full and all payments have cleared, you can submit this form to request an additional copy of your loan closure letter.
